May 2025. An indie Researcher of bizarre emergent Online phenomena releases a groundbreaking report on what they term 'a Strange Imaginary Game people pretend to play.' While unknown to the general public, 'Republic Of Bob' became immensely popular with regular Netizens and spawned an complex art Scene overnight, before mysteriously disappearing back into the matrix.

The general premise appears to be as follows:
